A lovely family bistro nestled on the banks of the Vilaine, where Yves Gardelle and his two children work hand in hand. It's a refreshing place, simply and well decorated, where you can enjoy a frankly honest slate, with all the fundamentals of real cooking. The slate reflects the seasons very well, with scallops, daikon, pickled cabbage, ponzu and nori, a frayed skate wing, beurre blanc and candied Roscoff onions, arancini with gorgonzola, squash cream and Hungarian blue, a kiwi fountain almond. Beautiful cellar with a natural feel.
