The latest addition to the Chabran family is a lovely stop on a journey between the Rhône and Machu Picchu. It’s a welcome change of scenery, made all the more enjoyable by its location in the heart of the city, in a charming, escape-like setting. For first-timers, the delightful €40 set menu is just the ticket: sea bass ceviche with roasted apricot vinaigrette, pistachios, red onions, and dill; beef tiradito in an aguachile peperoncino style; tagliatelle with squid, chorizo, and coconut beans; and a cacao torta with whipped cream—all highlights from an extensive menu of culinary discoveries.
