Gourmet Restaurant In the Saint-Victor district, right next to the port, Marie and Timothée, of Italian and Corsican descent, have set up their pretty Mediterranean bistro, where local influences and regional products serve as the basis for a slate-style cuisine full of fresh ideas. The décor, in natural colors, is reminiscent of a southern garden, with wood, sun-bleached stone, natural materials and the beautiful volumes created by a two-level dining room. The menu follows the seasons with good intuition, including a starter of braised endive, walnut praline and gorgonzola ice cream, a quasi de veau fondant, brocoletti, rice espuma, cebette, pistachios and meat jus, a chocolate siphon, crumble and gingerbread ice cream. Current cellar with good references (Moulin de Gassac, Olivier Pithon, Château Constantin...).
