Ideally located in the historic center of Montpellier, chef Jean Gary-Bobo and his team offer a fine dining experience to suit all tastes. A first menu at €29 at lunchtime, accessible and well-cared for, or a discovery menu in 4 or 6 courses from €59 to €79. The chef's inspiration will take you on a journey around the Mediterranean, with regularly changing menus and finely-crafted products. Mediterranean sea bass, carmine endives, beet, smoked mackerel roe and intense mackerel jus... Sea bream fillet, leek garnished with pork, leek potato chips, béarnaise and sea bream jus... Lovers of jus and sauces will be delighted: the precision and depth of the dishes testify to true savoir-faire! A well-constructed wine list with some very fine vintages.
