Fiona Granjon and Baptiste Junaro welcome epicureans from Rue Boileau and the surrounding area to an experience they won't soon forget. Respectively pastry chef and head chef, these two enthusiasts are entirely focused on the gustatory pleasure of their customers. As proof, they each have their own Signature dish and dessert: grilled octopus with seasonal garnish for Baptiste, and rectangular Pavlova, also with seasonal fruit, for Fiona. Inspired mainly by the Mediterranean, they work together to nurture their culinary identity, working on the textures and flavors that make their establishment unique in Paris's 16th arrondissement. Always joyful and cheerful, the duo is keen to vary its menu of suggestions every two months, and accompanies it with a fine selection of wines and champagnes. Having celebrated their first year in business, there's no doubt that Alegria will be shining for many, many years to come..
