Remarkable Restaurant Son and grandson of a butcher and pork butcher, Jérôme Jaegle's cuisine is infinitely omnivorous, with a strong emphasis on plant-based ingredients without denying his origins. It's a truly local cuisine, drawn from his own garden, his own picking, the pastures and farms around him, all brought together in this village address, a beautifully renovated former PMU, where you can discover a truly personal and regional idea of the product. His technique is remarkable, with carpaccio of catfish, spiced up with mint and elderberry, minestrone and basil with vegetables from the Clos, pectoral of fish from the Rhine à la meunière, fricassee of carp roe, fir-tree gastrique and meat jus, pan-fried duck breast and foie gras, verbena broth... A fine cellar with a predominantly Alsatian style.
