A few tables at the counter, a serene and confident atmosphere for diners who know exactly what they’re coming here for: a chef’s menu served Omakase-style—and thus entirely a surprise. Chef Yasuo Nanaumi has already more than proven himself, and the risk is minimal with the weekday lunch menu at €69 for three courses.
