AHPE for the initials of the four seasons, providing ideas and produce for Idir Fsell's generous cuisine. Regulars appreciate the simple €19.50 main course-dessert lunch menu, and come back in the evening for a €40 proposal (developed as a 6-course Dégustation for €64) always full of good initiatives: marinated squid foie gras smoked tea fennel black olives, pig seaweed yellow beet carrot yuzu condiment, Basque sesame cheesecake lemongrass sorbet quince vinegar pomelo, not forgetting the veggie proposal of the moment. Good selection of organic wines.
