Gault&Millau's review 2026

Jean-Paul Battaglia has handed over the reins to his second-in-command Didier Chouteau, maintaining the level and continuing this fine French work. This is a serious and reliable address, with a rather bourgeois taste in both form and content. The recipes are simple, but benefit from real savoir-faire: duck foie gras raviole with morel mushrooms, sea bream a la plancha and pumpkin beurre blanc, roast beef sliced with fine herbs, Landaise poultry with morel mushrooms, orange crêpe. Menus from €28 to €55.
