Maxime Ardin's auberge offers a breathtaking view of the Abime bridge over the Chéran. Both a hotel and a restaurant, the interiors are ultra-contemporary, with an assertive Scandinavian style, natural wood, light paint and little decoration. Customers can concentrate entirely on the creations of this former Régis Marcon chef, who offers a unique, hidden €65 menu that reflects the region and the seasons. Meticulous service.
