Chef's Restaurant On the threshold of the Bauges, a pleasant, well-kept inn open from April to December. Maxime Ardin, a native of the region who has worked with Marcon and others, has a wealth of experience and a locavore streak. His hidden menus are always interesting, the most common being the five-course menu at €55, always well inspired. Nice setting and a few rooms to extend the pleasure.
