Gourmet Restaurant A 12th-century abbey in the middle of a pine forest, reached by a powdery path. The view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking and well worth the visit. At lunch, the chef assumes a culinary routine, with simple statements, some of which are tempting: Florentine-style potato waffles, knife-cut beef tartare with tomato confit, basil, parmesan cream and crispy apples, low-temperature free-range chicken supreme with garlic cream and polenta, small spelt and risotto with seasonal vegetables, smoked parcel feet and artichoke, salted caramel chocolate tart with hazelnut, chantilly and rosemary. Regional wine cellar not huge but sufficient, with fair prices.
