Taken over by Guy Martin (Le Grand Véfour) in 2021, who had succeeded Julien Duboué, A. Noste has not lost out, retaining its beautiful south-western colors, contemporary tapas menu and cheerful atmosphere. You order by ticking off the dishes you want on a sheet of paper, then take a bite from the communal dish or why not from your neighbor's plate. Prices are reasonable, and the sweet garlic potato tortilla is generous, while the duck breast grilled with vine shoots and French fries lives up to its name, as do the chipirons fried with Espelette chilli. Cellar facing south-west, service sometimes distracted.
