In this lively alleyway off the nearby Rue du Roi de Rome, Yannick Lambert offers a personal cuisine based on local ingredients. Inspired, sometimes a little complicated to the detriment of the raw product, but a certain savoir-faire with the classics (the terrine is pleasant) and you can trust the classics like the shoulder of pig in sauce vierge and roasted grenailles. Finish with tiramisu or egg and lemon fla. Corsican cellar with wine by the glass and pitcher, precise and pleasant service, good menu at €35 with plenty of choice.
