Of course, the view is always magical, and the discovery of this table lost in the mountains, which is hard to find in the narrow streets of Soccia, is always a delight for the first-time visitor. However, we seem to feel a slight loss of breath, as if the lush garden of yesteryear has gradually turned into a dry, arid surface. The cuisine changes little, if at all, and even if it remains above what is often practiced on the island, we'd like to recapture the magic of yesteryear. Great moments with zucchinis à la népita, civet de beau corse à la panzetta and pavlova aux fruits. Friendly, smiling service.
