Chef's Restaurant Correct marine cuisine awaits you on board with chef Antonio Torres. He offers a €38 menu and an extensive à la carte menu, with twelve starters ranging from fresh shelled crab salad, lobster ravioli, tomato fondue or a dozen razor clams in parsley sauce, nine main courses including red mullet fillets with marrow and Bordeaux sauce, choucroute de poissons à la bisque de homard (fish sauerkraut with lobster bisque) or bouillabaisse, and a dozen desserts, including the classic baba maison with whipped cream, tarte tatin with ice cream and whipped cream, and the chef's signature hot Grand Marnier soufflé. To cope with this extensive menu, a large clientele is on hand, the service is simple and friendly, and the choice of wines by the glass is minimalist.
