The neighborhood is going global, customers want bowls or pizza, and it takes a few great chefs to valiantly maintain an assertive and seductive French cuisine. A real tour de force on the part of Jean-François Piège and his teams, who know how to do so well without denying themselves, with seasonal produce and unfailing savoir-faire: mayo eggs, country terrine, pâté en croûte, competition croque-monsieur, veal paillard with zucchinis and "vrai jus". A weekly menu that's always attractive, for a daily menu at €46.
