A good, solid village address, in a well-kept Alsatian house near the banks of the Moder, which is also a meeting place for "business and seminars". Chef Anne works the beautiful with distinction and is well worth the chef's hat: lobster tail lacquered with quinoa, citrus, green mango and kalamansi, grilled saddle of lamb with sweet spices, vegetable couscous and dried fruit, tajine juice, mallard tourtière.... Good market menu at €33.
