Joy comes from Corsica! Especially when it's featured so prominently on an emblematic street in Old Bordeaux, diverting the Garonne to the side of the maquis. Of course, this cuisine is a little urbanized or "continentalized", but the products come from the island, and it's generous: with Nustrale de Cuttoli pork charcuterie, the famous Abbatucci tiger veal, cooked in a pan, melting beef in Patrimonio red wine and its aligot-style purée with ewe's milk cheese... Dessert variations include tiramisu with canistrellis or "canni-cookies" with hazelnut and chocolate. At the counter, charcuterie and cheese boards, and wine from all over Corsica, of course, with the wine bar open from 6pm.
