Chef's Restaurant
Here’s an authentic Corsican restaurant in what is otherwise a highly touristic part of town. Ghjulia and her traditional recipes, featuring ingredients from the Corsican mountains prepared with care and sincerity: zucchini fritters, cured meats from Albertacce, veal with olives, sausage and Soissons beans, and squid Ajaccio-style—these are dishes full of character that are well worth the chef’s hat. A wide selection of classic desserts, and of course a plate of Corsican cheeses. Friendly service and reasonably priced wines from the island.
