Having worked at the Negresco, Gérome has brought his good humor and sunny cuisine back from the South, highlighting recipes from Italy and Provence. It's an elegant cellar with a rather chic style, a change from the usual trattorias, where the chef offers a genuine Mediterranean proposal, well supported in the dining room by Jérôme and Kathy, the former looking after the Italian-style cellar, and the latter ensuring good service.
