The ladies are Caroline Manni and Céline, the former in the kitchen and the latter in the dining room, who together run this warm and welcoming restaurant not far from the Porte des Allemands. Trained in Switzerland, the chef offers an elegant seasonal cuisine, rather light and well done, with dishes such as cream of broad bean, poached egg and roasted seeds, line-caught bass with pistachio sauce and cucumber transparency, a veal picanha with spices and carrot mousseline with cumin.
