Gourmet Restaurant
An elegant dining room and a delightful brasserie menu created by Norbert Tarayre and Chef Claudio Semedo Borges work together to breathe new life into this historic establishment on Avenue George V. Alongside Akira Back’s restaurant, the offerings are cohesive and intriguing. Here, in this contemporary setting inspired by the 1920s, the selection is quite extensive, featuring thoughtfully crafted dishes: green asparagus and morel mushrooms in vin jaune, Tauzin chicken with artichokes à la barigoule in teriyaki sauce, vanilla profiteroles with chocolate sauce… A good lunch menu at €49, with impeccable service.
