And the "youpi et revoilà"! Patrice Gelbart, the elusive troublemaker who once lived on the banks of the Cérou and came to the capital a few years ago, installs his accent, his frankness and his simplicity in the hall of the city's theater. The doxa is always the same: keep it simple and tasty, with daily cuisine accessible to all. So there's nothing extravagant for €18, with a few dishes suggested à la carte, while his accomplice, Stéphane Camboulive, takes care of the reception and wine with his delicious Occitan accent.
