Gourmet Restaurant This is one of the best places to eat in the historic center, and Benjamin Torrezan's work in this beautifully decorated stall continues to satisfy regulars. The chef's menus range from €28 to €80, depending on the time of day and the number of courses, and feature regional produce: kokotxas broad beans with crab emulsion, rubia galega veal sweetbreads with carrot glaze and "sea chestnut" (sea urchin) juice, strawberry dessert with smoked vanilla pastry and strawberry siphon with bbq. Lots of ideas and hard work, and we're getting close to our second toque, thanks to Sarah's good work in the dining room.
