Original Restaurant Nice winstub on the way down from the cathedral. A catalog as long as your arm awaits you, worthy of the complete Alsatian tradition, in a version a little more bistro than a simple winstub: bone marrow, poultry cordon bleu, fleischkiechle, beef gros sel, pork cheeks with pinot noir, beer-flavored knuckle of ham. Prices are obviously competitive (the whole area beats us by 10 cents), right down to the classic "desserts de Caroline".
