In the historic heart of Strasbourg, the winstub is a must-see for its authentic decor and infectious good humor. There's a pure spirit of sharing, with long tables often an opportunity to meet others and enjoy traditional Alsatian cuisine. The menu is fairly comprehensive: munster pie, presskopf, choucroute garnie, baeckeofe, pike-perch back with riesling sauce, grilled cervelas and choucroute, warm prune soup and gingerbread ice cream. Local wine.
