Gourmet Restaurant It's a faithful incarnation of the winstub, a concentrate of Alsace and conviviality for an authentic experience. It's all down to a true understanding of the genre, blending tradition with regional specificity. Over the past fifty years, the house has patiently built up this charming place, with its varnished and carved wood, superb coffered ceilings, Spindler illustrations and rich textiles, and of course, in the center of the room, the famous Stammtisch, where strangers can eat side by side, in the purest spirit of sharing. The chef sends out all the great local specialties, presskopf, munster pie, baeckeoffe, generous fleischnackas in their stock pot, the unmissable choucroute garnie, bibelaskas. More classic desserts. Alsatian wine cellar, with all regional grape varieties on tap.
