It’s one of the most popular winstubs in the prefecture, known for its cheerful atmosphere and authenticity. Diners sit side by side at long tables where a friendly, convivial atmosphere reigns, while the kitchen serves up all the great classics of the region, without any frills. People come back for these familiar and ever-so-comforting dishes: onion tart, a platter of Alsatian charcuterie, sauerkraut with all the trimmings, grandma-style pot-au-feu, baeckeofe, bibeleskæs, veal kidneys… Friendly service.
