Gourmet Restaurant You're greeted by a picture-postcard setting, with Alsace stretching as far as the eye can see from the observation terrace, and the typical architecture of this old house. The 4* hotel extends its pleasures to the table, with a delightful winstub offering regional classics and more contemporary dishes: vol-au-vent of snails in parsley sauce, onion confit, pike-perch steak, buckwheat risotto, glazed turnips, chicken sauce and trout roe, sauerkraut royale or three-meat baeckeofe.
