Gourmet Restaurant In a lovely château in the heart of Touraine, Olivier and Vincent Simon bring this pretty, bucolic and engaging market table to life. In the pretty stone dining room, the furnishings are sober, while the dishes celebrate the local terroir, such as Loire eels roasted in a casserole with sorrel jus, a vol au vent of gizzards and cockerel crest, chicken sauce with preserved lemon, a whole pigeon roasted in a casserole and lacquered with sweet spices... A fine cellar with over 200 references.
