Chef's Restaurant This is a table appreciated by a large number of customers accustomed to chef Hervé Horne's semi-gastronomic cuisine. The menu changes daily according to new arrivals, with a lunch menu and a dinner menu. After the appetizers, which include a refreshing oyster with diced cucumber, you'll be delighted to taste a beautifully textured and very tasty semi-cooked foie gras, the turbot section with wild asparagus, an oyster leaf in a silky cream sauce, the pink duckling, accompanied by roasted sucrine, turnip and pepper sauce, then the cart of mature cheeses and to finish with a raspberry crème brûlée, strawberries and red fruit ice cream. Hervé Horne has made this a convivial, friendly and lively place to dine. For lovers of natural wines, a very pleasant Beaujolais "Qui l'eut cru" from Romuald Valot in a well-constructed cellar. Smiling, relaxed service.
