It's the big brasserie on Place de la Victoire, where young people meet for a beer, colleagues for a glass of wine, and everyone else for a good traditional plate. It's lively, cheerful, on two levels with a lovely view of the square and the cathedral, offering a value-for-money daily menu at €23. Enjoy a pressé of veal shank, foie gras and truffles, snacked scallops, butternut risotto and squid ink fumet, or Aubrac beef pavé, pepper sauce, potato cake and carrots with cumin. Friendly service.
