Chef's Restaurant A trattoria close to the Champ de Mars that attracts a large number of customers, Enrico Masia offering a wide choice of dishes both in the €42 lunch menu and à la carte. He takes us on a journey through the different regions of La Botte, with an emphasis on Sardinia. The classics are well mastered: grilled vegetables with olive oil, vitello tonnato, tuna sauce, capers and Cetara anchovies, warm marinated octopus on a salad of lentils, celery and chervil, and among the most popular, linguine with clams or simply with tomato sauce, a fine farmhouse pork chop, pink and basted with a full-bodied jus. Classic desserts include tiramisu, of course, with lemon cream and limoncello baba, or honey seada, typical of Sardinia. Well-stocked transalpine and Sardinian cellars, dynamic and friendly service.
