Gourmet Restaurant And why not, a corner of Alsace, diametrically opposed to the pink city, and yet in the same gastronomic tradition. Seen from afar, some might think it's an Asian restaurant, but we're well within France's borders, and for a good cause. With tartes flambées, sauerkraut and even a "mother-in-law's" baeckeoffe. Desserts and ice creams are a little banal - we'd like to find a kougelhopf and not the banoffee - but the spirit is good and the toque deserved.
