Chef's Restaurant A sea air blows across the Quai de la Tournelle, and the Seine approaches the bay. Behind this blue facade, a passionate chef, Nicolas Tribet, offers perfect cooking and gourmet sauces on freshly-arrived products, and the large white slate is laden with good sea spray: Razor clams au gratin with garlic butter and Espelette pepper, a gourmet cassolette of scallops with truffles in a delicious beurre blanc, sea bass from a small boat with Kalamata olive vinaigrette, spices and chorizo - all taste and finesse, ending with a crêpe Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier... Olivier Friant is a helpful and informative sommelier, offering, among other things, a choice of eleven white wines by the glass, with service provided by him with kindness and a smile.
