Gourmet Restaurant Giorgia and Olivier have opened this new address to pay homage to the Italian cuisine they know so well from their origins. The project is quite ambitious, in this quiet, off-center neighborhood, with a hidden six-course "scoperta della pasta" (discovery of pasta) menu at €83. It's also available à la carte for lunch on Fridays, which is well worth a chef's hat, especially as the wine list offers an interesting selection from all the Italian regions.
