It's a restaurant in the heart of a superb fifty-hectare agricultural estate, where vines, cereals, fruit and vegetables are grown, enabling 70% of the restaurant's needs to be met. The spirit is one of self-sufficiency and appreciation of the terroir, based on a pleasant market cuisine: parsley snails with roasted hazelnut chips, Vercors trout tataki, poached ravioli with cream, seven-hour leg of lamb confit, Valrhona chocolate mi-cuit with Terre Adélice passion sorbet.
