Chef's Restaurant Italian elegance, a hushed atmosphere far removed from noisy trattorias, for a moment of excellence, for lunch at €45, or in a well-developed offer for intimate dinners. Six, seven or eight courses with the grand menu, a transalpine farandole that everyone appreciates: carpaccio of cuttlefish gambero rosso shellfish, lemon risotto with crab albufera sauce, ravioli stuffed with Pornic pigeon consommé morels, sweetbreads lacquered with honey artichoke and anchovy emulsion before a good strawberry almond dessert. A large cellar covering the main provincial vineyards, distinguished welcome and service.
