Gault&Millau's review2026
Decades have passed, yet the restaurant founded by Robert Vifian in 1978 remains a benchmark for Vietnamese and Asian cuisine, as well as a favorite haunt for a select group of connoisseurs and friends. Shrimp rolls, Vietnamese dumplings, red mullet with lemongrass, duck with satay sauce, and lamb with galangal are all examples of refined cuisine that remains very much in vogue. The wine cellar has always been one of the restaurant’s strengths and continues to be so.
