Chef's Restaurant Based on the now classic and somewhat old-fashioned theme of surprise ("we bring the dishes, let you discover them and we'll talk about them afterwards"), chef Philippe Ramon's unique, imposed menu, with different prices depending on the number of courses, offers a lively, faultless cuisine. The adult customers who play the game readily recognize the intrinsic qualities of the house, the plates and the simple, precise service, highlighting the local producers invited to the agape: bets and oyster mushrooms and mushroom broth, beet declension, Aubrac beef and carrots, pollen pannacotta in a very successful trompe-l'oeil. A fine list of regional wines, wine by the glass, artisanal sodas, juices and syrups, local beers.
