Gourmet Restaurant This fusion of Nantes and Asia has held its own for many years and deserves its longevity. The original titles offer a variety of flavors, in a mixed style and with pleasant ideas: shrimp nems, creamy scallops with galangal cauliflower and balsamic juice, low-temperature chicken supreme from Ancenis with green curry emulsion... Desserts are also well imagined, with a choice of local wines by the glass.
