Gourmet Restaurant A successful fusion of Vietnam, Thailand and the Nantes region. The locals have acclimatized well to this different, quite imaginative cuisine that blends influences: tom kha chicken, salmon gravlax marinated in Thai flavors with wakame seaweed and satay crumble, shrimp nems, angus bo bun, "teary-eyed" tiger, a personal version of the crying tiger, with vegetable wok and tamarind sauce, and equally well thought-out desserts, such as white chocolate and black sesame ganache pannacotta vanilla gel yuzu lemon crumble.
