Gourmet Restaurant A modern bouchon with a Mediterranean accent - what a great idea! A few months after discovering Sarah Hamza in culinary residency at Bistrot Jaja, it's in the heart of old Lyon that we find her, in her newly opened restaurant. The intimate yet warm restaurant offers modern bistro cuisine with oriental influences. The service is relaxed and without fuss, and the cuisine is promising, full of taste, flavor and originality, with a particular highlight being the stuffed medjoul dates with candied lemon zest, a real treat before an already classic dish from the house, the poultry and karantika shawarma (like a chickpea flan). The restaurant offers a lunchtime menu, a €26 starter-course-dessert menu, and an à la carte menu for the evening.
