Chef's Restaurant It's all too rare to find an address with a garden, as the green setting in the heart of the capital is naturally highly prized. Éric Trochon's restaurant, a former pupil of the Ferrandi school, is an attractive contemporary voyage, with successful combinations. Beautifully presented dishes include lobster ravioli with fermented Korean cabbage, veal sweetbreads with artichokes and shiso sorbet. Mijin Ryu's cellar is short but very well done, with solid references (Leflaive, Girardin, Riffault...).
