Kosuke Nabeta has two passions, cooking and ceramics, both of which he displays with fervor in his two large menus, at €95 for eight courses at lunchtime and €150 for ten courses in the evening. You'll be amazed, you'll enjoy it, but you'll also have to accept the many constraints when you make your reservation, and many of your guests will naturally embrace this cultural discovery.
