Gourmet Restaurant Both cellar and restaurant, the Castellote brothers' establishment is one of the prefecture's finest addresses. Located on the Place des Halles, the house holds its own in terms of both glassware and plates, offering a beautiful open space with parquet flooring and white wood, as well as renewed bistronomy. On the menu: escargots persillés, girolles and crème de cresson de Bresles, monkfish, beurre monté aux salicornes, mashed potatoes with olive oil, duck leg with forest garnish, mirabelle plum tart, crème anglaise and fromage blanc ice cream.
