Gourmet Restaurant After Tables et comptoir, the new Sappia, opened by Léa and Thibault Sergio, seems to have taken over. Trained by Patrick Raingeard, the young chef has high ambitions, which are precisely reproduced in a bistronomy in tune with the times. The menu respects seasonality and stays true to the region, with beef tagliata, lovage cream, gremolata and shavings of ossau-iraty, redfish sea bream, ajo blanco, green beans and seaweed powder, veal T-bone, porcini cream, clams and tomato caramel, or crème brûlée espuma, milk jam and coffee streusel. Good service.
