Café, canteen, grocery store, the promise is kept in this place of conviviality and good health. The look of an old modern café, cool young service and cuisine right on target: ceviche leche de tigre, cream of squash confit pork cajun roasted pumpkin, perfect egg wild mushroom freekeh cream coffee crumble, pannacotta bergamot citrus yuzu gel and crumble... Sprinkle with local beers, pet'nat' or the "Loire wine of the moment" and all goes very well. There's also a grocery corner where you can pick up some cucurbits from your escapade.
