It’s been six years since Frédéric Duca took over this prime location near Pont Cardinet and turned it into one of the most exciting spots in the neighborhood. With the touch of a chef well-versed in culinary acrobatics, the menu offers tempting dishes in a chic bistro setting that perfectly captures the spirit of the times: squid with fennel, watercress, and lomo in pilpil sauce; monkfish and octopus stew with artichoke and Colonnata gnocchi; suckling lamb with morels, asparagus, and sardine condiment; strawberries with brocciu mousse and pistachio praline. Beautifully plated dishes, elegance, and reasonable prices, including a four-course menu for €80. Lunch special for €49.
