Remarkable Restaurant The neighborhood is chic, Italian cuisine is fashionable, and Paris boasts a good number of top-notch "ristorante" restaurants. Behind the green façade, a cocoon of tranquility is revealed in the warm wooded interior. Chef Raffaele de Mase's refined cuisine is based on Italian produce sourced from the best producers, with an added Japanese touch. The five-course Symphony menu sets the tone. Scallops with citrus and mushrooms in different textures, homemade tortellis stuffed with osso buco, saffron parmesan and gremolata cream, before a creamy risotto with violina pumpkin cream, langoustine, kefir and lime. Beautifully prepared plates, just the right amount of cooking, such as the pan-fried saint-pierre with leek and shellfish ballottine, all drizzled with a champagne beurre blanc, and to round off this fine gustatory journey, the champagne bavarois with almond and mango crumble. Exclusively Italian cellar with a wide selection of barolos, friendly, attentive staff.
