Gault&Millau's review2026
Four generations of hotel-restaurateurs and an unbroken passion that is embodied today by Clément Brun and Camille, his wife, who are always looked after and supported by Philippe and Michelle, he in the kitchen, she in the dining room, who wouldn't give up on their baby so easily. Their quartet shines with a (rare) harmony, Philippe gradually handing over the reins to his son, Michelle and her daughter-in-law lighting up the dining room with their good humor and professionalism, and customers enjoy a unique moment in this house lost in the countryside, opposite the tiny Alleyras train station. On the plate, we're still flirting with the four toques, but at this price and this level of pleasure, the house has few rivals in France. An essential stopover (especially as the hotel improves every year), also worth a visit is the exceptional cellar patiently built by Michelle Brun.
