Chef's Restaurant This restaurant is undeniably part of the Alsatian landscape, and it's never a bad idea to revisit this beacon of fine tradition. Sébastien Sattler, who has been running Philippe Bohrer's kitchen since 2016, knows the music inside out, and is gradually bringing it up to date: lobster crudo, foie gras with Kerala pepper, cuttlefish salad and piquillo salsa, poached veal grenadin with summer truffle butter, fava beans and cébettes... The €55 menu is a good introduction to this wise ambiance in the heart of a winegrowing stronghold.
