Gourmet Restaurant In this peaceful eighth arrondissement, between avenues Marceau and George V, this is an address for regulars, frequented regularly for the pleasure of a personal welcome, and so much the worse if the tables are close together and often all occupied. In the kitchen, Laurent Zajac, Gérard Vié's former right-hand man at Les Trois Marches, offers an attractive €38 menu and a reassuringly classic à la carte menu, with an excellent watercress velouté, roasted scallops, oranges and mashed potatoes, followed by an impeccable vanilla and salted butter caramel millefeuille.
